Hi I'm Laura,
I'm newly having to live once again by myself,aka not with family or my partner at present,and i'm happy to be on my own in my own space at this point in time,but also great with being social and easy to get along with,I'm clean and honest,I have always lived with others(often as a carer).
I love being outdoors and growing things, especially edible things!. I enjoy arts n crafts and I'm quite handy with many household odd jobs that may need doing too.
I am on Centrelink payments,but that pretty much means I always have an income if not hugely vast. But I manage to always budget well.
I'm still newish to Gladstone and so my social circle is still quite small the way I like it. I'm happy to rent in a nice clean,stable environment that suits my budget and my needs. I have just my personal belongings,so a partly or fully furnished place would suit me best,(but I can always get what I need if required).
I rely on public transport andy own two feet currently so location is vital. Although very shortly I shall hopefully also have a mobility scooter help me get around ( got a bit of a back problem that at times affect my mobility,although I am still fully independent in this regard).
I am also in a relationship but not currently living with my partner and would hope that a visit from him on occasion will be acceptable to my housemates. Keeping in mind that on most occasions when it comes to family friends and partners where it is easier and more convenient our catch ups willost likely occur elsewhere rather than to often where I live.
I'm very private in many ways.
I really love cooking, i love food and plan very shortly to buy myself a new Thermo mix ( last one I gave to family when I moved), so I hope waking up to fresh cooked bred and baked goods is ok too.
I have been unsuccessful apply for rentals on my own income,so have been living most the last 5 and a half neatly six years in caravan parks and motels. I am honestly tired and do not like this lifestyle and I'm desperate to get back to living in a home with a kitchen and bathroom and a yard!.
I miss living like a normal person and motels after a while,well it's not like a holiday at all.
Sharing a house would be rather perfect actually, and after this way of living I'd be delighted to even do housework ,weeding anything atm that represents living in a proper house.
I miss a yard with grass. I can't wait to be able to mow a lawn again!!
