Hey legends, hope everyone’s well!!

I’m moving from Sydney this February looking for a place to live while I complete my studies at Bond. My budget is max $300/week (ideally less), but beggars can’t be choosers.

Dream setup would be my own little space — bed, shower, kitchen. An outhouse, granny flat, or converted garage would honestly be perfect. Not chasing anything fancy, just a place to sleep really.

A bit about me: I’m 23, big on surfing and training, studying psychology. I’ve been working in landscaping the last year, and tend to live pretty routined — work, beach, eat, sleep, repeat. I find myself to be a polite, respectful person who genuinely cares about other people and their wellbeing.

I love a house of friends - always up for a morning coffee debrief, but completely respect everyones own time and independence. From past share-house experiences, I’ve learnt that just ongoing communication is what makes a place work. I know it won’t be a perfect fit immediately, but I’m know myself to work hard towards making sharespaces work.
