I'm a Full time professional, business owner, non smoker / non vaper who is a friendly easy going guy that is currently looking for a nice semi spacious room or Granny Flat / Self Contained Unit with own bathroom / Ensuite.

I have no pets currently but I do absolutely love animals especially cats (I'm a cat guy) so pets are ok if inside household.

I live a very busy life during the week with full time work, Business and gym daily and on the weekends I enjoy a more relaxing calm lifestyle, incl beach days, dining out, catching up with friends, the occasional wine or Margy, Travel, Adventures, and then resetting for the week ahead on a Sunday evening.

I enjoy a calm homely environment for both myself and other tenants and also have respect for other fellow tenants space and there lifestyle.

I am a very clean hygienic male that is very tidy and is always making sure the house is completely spotless daily.

I'm also a business owner in Bali so I travel there quite abit around every 2months for a couple weeks.

I also don't do dating apps at all and never have as had been in a 10year relationship previously so myself personally don't bring constant strangers into my environment at all through dating apps as I have respect for others and there personal space at home.

Im preferably looking for a granny flat or self contained unit for myself but also open to living with one other tenant or to team up with one other tenant that lives a similar healthy calm lifestyle and similar weekend interests.
