Hi! I’m a 23-year-old Korean student. I’ll be studying in Australia on a student visa valid from October 2026 until 2028.

I’ve been living independently for around five years. Last year, I lived in a share house in Sydney while on a Working Holiday visa. I had a great experience living with my housemates, had no issues during my stay, and received my full bond back when I moved out. I’m also still close with my former housemates and keep in touch with them.

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m also pretty quiet at home and like to keep things peaceful and comfortable. I’ll be attending school four days a week and plan to work part-time around two days a week, so I’ll be out of the house quite often.

I’m a non-smoker and I’m looking for an apartment with female flatmates only. My budget is flexible, but ideally I’d like to keep the rent under $400 per week including bills. I’d prefer to have my own room with no roommate, and ideally, I’d like to live in a place with no more than three people in total, including me.
