I’ve lived in Australia for three years, and during that entire time, I’ve been in the same sharehouse. This experience has made me very well-versed in the etiquette and responsibility required for communal living.
I am a very tidy and organized person who takes pride in keeping a clean home, particularly in shared spaces like the kitchen and living room. My lifestyle is quite settled; I spend the majority of my time either working or studying, so I am looking for a quiet, peaceful home rather than a party house. I also prefer an all-female household.
I am looking for a private room(not shared) that is furnished. Having a ceiling fan or AC and a lock on the door would be ideal! I'm hoping to find somewhere within walking distance of a tram station.
In my downtime, I enjoy cooking, taking walks, and exploring new food spots. I am a non-smoker, respectful of others' privacy, and looking for a long-term, stable environment.
