Hello,

I’m looking for a room in an apartment or shared house for about a year nearby Cottesloe/Scarborough/Subiaco. Ideally, I’d like to find a warm and cozy place where I can really feel at home.

I’m a 28-year-old woman and I work full-time in hospitality, in a management position. I’m preferably looking for a private suite, or a room with a bathroom shared with one other person (I’m still open to proposals), so that it’s convenient and not restrictive in terms of schedules. I also have a car, so I would need easy access to parking, ideally a dedicated spot or garage, without having to circle the neighborhood or pay for parking every day.

It would be a big plus if the house had a dryer and a furnished outdoor area where I can relax.

I need a space that is both clean and welcoming, where I can recharge, spend time with my boyfriend occasionally, and host two or three friends from time to time for a dinner or lunch in a relaxed atmosphere (not party). I’m a calm and respectful person, open-minded and easy-going (while remaining meticulous about cleanliness), and always respecting others’ privacy and routines.
