Hey!

I'm currently renting a place of my own, which is amazing, yet quite expensive at $750/week. I thought I would consider looking for a new place with a potential housemate to share with.

I work from home and I also travel a lot for work and fun. It wouldn't be a surprise if i decided to go on a trip last minute for a few days or a week or two.

I'm an easy going, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful gay guy. I work hard, have many projects happening at the same time, so you may find me online on my computer managing these for many hours a day lol.

Looking for a place that is modern and clean (a must). Not the type of guy that parties, but occasionally don't mind a drink at home. Not looking for a party house. Most importantly looking to share with a kind person, a person that doesn't mind to hang out occasionally, yet also respects each others space.

I do love great food and coffee!

I also have a partner that lives interstate, so I travel there often, or he also may come and stay for a couple of nights or so, once a fortnight.
