🐨 A little bit about me: I’m relocating from London to Sydney on a sponsored visa and will be working in finance in the CBD from mid-January.

✨ I’m looking for a long-term place from Feb onwards (dates flexible!) - ideally with a girls only household! (But again can be convinced for a mixed household with the right group of people!).

📍 Keen on the Eastern Suburbs - ideally Bondi Junction, Bondi, Bronte, or Paddington, but open to nearby areas.

💼 About me: I’m super respectful, very clean, and social. I’m also a homeowner back in London, so I totally understand the responsibilities of maintaining a place and being considerate.

🏖️ Free time: Your "multi-purpose friend" - I love the gym, Pilates, early mornings and beach walks, but I’m equally up for a social evening or nights out.

💸 Happy to pay rent upfront for the short-term stay, and can provide references.
