Hey everyone, I'm Claire! I'm 21 years old and I am moving to the Gold Coast from NZ to start a new job. I will be working full time as a land surveyor in Varsity Lakes. I enjoy spending time outdoors i.e. being a beach bum or walking/hiking during the weekends. I also love going for coffee, dinner and having a cheeky drink every now and again. I am pretty social and easy going so I am not phased on having male/female/couples as flatmates. I am hoping to pay a max of $350 including bills and am looking for a longer-term stay, at least until Feb 2026.
