I’m a new coming student to UTS and I hope that I can find a room for me for the rest of my study years in Sydney. I hope to find a house that is clean, tidy, well located, convenient for commuting to school, reasonably priced, and cost-effective. I will make sure my area is clean, so I expect my roommates to do the same. I’m easy going could be a good friend if you want, but also if you prefer to have your own personal space I would love to do as well.
