Hi Flatmates!

I'm looking for a friendly and comfortable home for long term rental in mid to late March, 6 months minimum but 12 months preferred.

I'm looking for a whole house/apartment, granny flat or spacious room with * my own bathroom * no more than 30 minutes out from the CBD in the South East. Preferably looking to share with no more than 1 person.

A little more about me: I work full time, love fitness and a healthy lifestyle, though I'll never judge yours. That said, I respectfully don't want to house share with a smoker. I'm an avid reader and wannabe writer, enjoy hiking, and struggle to cut back caffeine. I'm relatively quiet but will enjoy a good chat when we cross paths.
