Hi there potential flatmate!

My name is Louis (pronounced lewis OR louie), I am a 25 year old male currently living in Maroochydore, looking for a new room as my current lease is almost up and the owners have decided to sell the place.

I currently work as a cabinet maker Monday -Friday from 6am - 2pm and also supervising a bar in ocean street from Friday - Sunday and sometimes afternoons during the week.
Due to the loud and busy nature of my work, I like to spend my time at home quietly and to myself, but do also enjoy a good chat and beer. I get along with everyone and am always looking for any way I can support my flat mates. Ideally want somewhere relatively quiet as well, not a party house.

I also enjoy long walks and going to the beach during summer time.

Looking for a minimum of 6 months lease/stay, but open to anything. Happy to spend up to $500 per week for a studio/self contained Granny flat as well.
