Hello there,
I'm Farid, 39yo male from Iran being living in Australia in the past 15 years. I am a rail engineer by profession working with sydney metro and sydney trains; also a music lover and working with Fanatico Records in Marrickville. I have a community of friends in this area so I decided to move from Surry hills to innerwest :)
I'm looking for a quiet and clean place to share it with people with respect and no drama! I am a social person and keen to share a glass of wine after a work day, but still respect privacy and boundaries of my house mates.
I can easily afford and I'm happy to settle as much bond as you might be asking for.
