- Good natural light & and a window
- Air conditioning
- Private room with an ensuite bathroom
- Close to public transport (5-15 min walk to bus/train within 20 min to the city)
- Basic furniture: bed, desk, chair
- Kitchen access with stove, rice cooker, oven, microwave
- Washing machine & dryer
- Pet-friendly (okay with cats and dogs)
