Heyy, I’m a 22 years old female close to graduating from La Trobe who has been living on campus from the past 3 years so I’ve got plenty of experience with shared living. I currently work part time at Telstra (have been since May 2023) but I’ll be going full time once I graduate so I do have a very stable income and I am never late on my bills. I value personal space but I’m always down for a yap session, a dinner or a movie night. I’m pet friendly, no allergies and keep my space very clean (I love to clean). I don’t smoke but I have an occasional drink or two when I’m out with friends. I highly value having a good relationship with your flatmates (being friends) so that’s where my priority lies. I’m looking for a shared house with preferably people around my age, but I don’t mind older, with about 2 or 3 other people maximum. Gender doesn’t matter to me as long as personal space is respected!
