Hello, I'm Aida and I’m new to Sydney. I’m a 30yrs old looking for a long-term private room in a shared house, ideally with female housemates in their mid 20s and up.
I’m not into partying or being loud , I really value a tidy, clean and respectful home sharing. But also would love to live with friendly people who enjoy the occasional dinner together or a bit of socialising now and then.
My budget is up to $300 per week, preferably somewhere close to public transport and within 40 minutes of the city centre. I’m not looking for a boarding house, but rather a place that truly feels like home, ideally with no more than 4 housemates.
I'm ready to move in from 1st March, but I can be flexible by a few days if needed.
