We are a Brazilian couple newly arrived in Australia. I am on a Work and Holiday visa and my wife is on a Student visa. We are looking for a clean and well-located studio apartment to call our home.

We are responsible, quiet, and respectful tenants. We are non-smokers, do not have pets, and deeply value maintaining a peaceful environment. We understand the importance of adhering to rules, paying rent on time, and being considerate of neighbours and property schedules.

We are employed/seek employment and have stable funds to cover the rent. We are available for an inspection at your earliest convenience and would be delighted to provide any further information.
