I'm 36, from the UK on a working holiday visa looking for a room in a flat/house share in Richmond, St Kilda, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, Elwood, or nearby areas. Currently in Southbank and available for viewings immediately.

I lived in London shared houses for years. I’m clean, sociable, and respectful of shared spaces. Non-smoker.
Here to explore Melbourne and work (full time / part time).
I enjoy running, hiking, paddleboarding, exploring, and cycling. I love coffee and the occasional drink. I'm keen to meet lots of people while I’m here, check out the cafe/bar/beach scene, explore lots of new places, and join activities.
What I'm looking for:
Move-in: Mid-November (flexible on exact date)
Duration: Ideally 3-6 months or longer, but also open to shorter-term sublets (i.e 4+ weeks) for temporary moves
Budget: Up to $350/week
Furnished room preferred as I do not have any furniture with me
