Postgraduate student moving from Melbourne to GC in late January. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and tidy person. I do not have any pets but open to living with cats! Small-midsize dogs are also okay with me.
I would prefer a personal room with ensuite but open to sharing bathroom if the location is right. I require a furnished room as I am moving interstate. My preference is 6-12 months lease.
I am quiet and keep to myself. I would also love to teamup and find a place together.
