I'm a hygiene freak and love my personal space. I don't needlessly engage unless my flatmate would prefer it. I'm a highly motivated student, so I do not often bother others as I'll usually be busy studying or working. I can cook my ethnic dishes and can bake. My main priorities are a close distance to my university, respectful flatmates and safety. My biggest non-negotiable is my own bathroom, and bills and wi-fi included. Also, in case of shared apartments, will only be sharing with another woman, no male flatmates
