Hey Legends, Samuel here 👋

I’ve just moved back to the Gold Coast from Sydney to start a new role as a Design and Project Manager based in Burleigh. I’m a full-time working professional and a single dad. Actually working 2 jobs at the moment.

LETS TEAMUP!! Ideally with someone mature so we can share a larger place to call home! I’d love to bring along my very friendly (and very fluffy) 10-year-old Samoyed — he’s well-behaved and a big softie, groomed well by myself, also likes sleeping outside weather permitting so part inside and outside. So a small yard would be purfect 🐾

I’m fairly easygoing, very respectful, and handy around the house. I do like a clean space, and respectful of others. I enjoy a good chat but also appreciate downtime and personal space. My lifestyle is pretty balanced — I’m into the gym, surfing, swimming, cooking, and the occasional footy game, but I do work a lot. Most downtime is spent with a coffee, studying, watching a series, or with the pup, just relaxing.

I don’t smoke, and while I’m not much of a partier these days, I don’t mind the occasional beer or glass of red.

I have two young kids (daughter, 2 and my son, 5) who would only stay with me a couple nights a fortnight, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that. They’re fairly well-behaved, polite, full of joy and energy, and mean the world to me.

Ideally looking for a home (1000-1100 per rent), something open and near the coast or lake, min 6–12 months, maybe longer so keen to find someone with similar vibes. Happy to meet up for a chat and see if it’s a good fit.
