Hey Legends, Samuel here 👋

I’ve just moved back to the Gold Coast from Sydney to start a new role as a Design & Project Manager based in Burleigh. I’m a full-time working professional and a single dad.

I’m looking for either a room in a 2-bed place or a private 1-bed/studio. Ideally, I’d love to bring along my very friendly (and very fluffy) 10-year-old Samoyed — he’s well-behaved and a big softie. But flexible if pets not considered.

I’m generally easygoing, I like a clean space, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a good chat but also appreciate downtime and personal space. My lifestyle is pretty balanced — I’m into the gym, surfing, swimming, cooking, and the occasional footy game, but I do work a lot. Most downtime is spent with a coffee, studying, watching a series, or just relaxing.

I don’t smoke, and while I’m not much of a partier these days, I don’t mind the occasional beer or glass of red.

I have two young kids (daughter, 2 and my son, 5) who would only stay with me 1–2 nights a fortnight, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that. They’re well-behaved, full of joy and mean the world to me.

Ideally looking for something min 6–12 months, maybe longer so keen to find someone with similar vibes. Happy to meet up for a chat and see if it’s a good fit.
