🚨Looking for long term rent!! 🚨6-12 months

Hi my name is John and I am 31, I’m looking for a room in a shared house preferably with an en suite.

I work full time as a bricklayer so I won’t home very often during the days, I am respectful, tidy, clean and laid back.

I do like a drink but I’m not a massive drinker, on the weekends I like to go beach, surf, gym, or usually working on the Saturday.
