My name is Ry,

I’m currently looking for a self-contained place or share house to rent, 1–2 bedroom apartment or studio, ideally close to the beach between Scarborough and North Fremantle.

Budget is around $300 - $450 per week, and I’m hoping to move in as soon as possible.

I’m 33, I've very recently just relocated back to Perth after living abroad; mainly based in Bali the past 6 years. I was co-owner / manager of a luxury Villa over there which was fantastic, but I am ready to move on to something else. I've acquired some casual work as an NDIS support worker, while studying my degree in Applied Coaching and I am also looking for some other work to fill-in some gaps in my week. I'm pro alphabet people.

I’m polite, clean, responsible, and easy to live with, I really enjoy cooking, and sharing with the people around me. I'm am handy around the house, and have no problem helping out where I can. I am generally out and about with work, my friends, beach / surfing, spontaneous adventures night or day. I love pets, dogs, cats, fish, exotic pets.. I don't like birds though. I like a chat and getting to know people and make new friends but I also appreciate my solitude and appreciate when that is respected. I can be a little quiet and awkward at times, usually when
I have a busy brain or I am on a mission to complete something. I enjoy eating and living healthy, getting salty at the beach is an absolute necessity for me. I'm not a big drinker, But I do get the itch to let loose on occasion and question my decisions the next day.

I plan on staying for 6 months and treating this as a working holiday for the summer before leaving for another adventure overseas, most likely Canada. Relocating back to Perth was a little unexpected so soon, So I didn't have the time to sort something out prior to arriving and I have a very limited time on where I am staying now, so I have an urgency to move in somewhere ASAP. I start working on 04/10/2025. I am really needing somewhere safe, stable and comfortable while I work and study.
