Hi, I’m looking for a place in sharehouse or others that one to find a sharehouse around central Kingston (sadly, I have no leeway on location 😞).
If you’re not familiar, I’m in my mid 40s, just moved back to Tassie from Melbourne. I’m an artist, mainly comics, and involved in small press publishing. I’ve just finished up as a full-time carer, and for the next 6-8 months I’ll be at home working on a graphic novel (with money set aside to cover my rent etc.)
I’m not looking for anything specific in a housemate beyond rent paying, respectful conduct and a decent enough vibe. I will provide the same.
