Hi, I’m looking for a place in a share house or others that one to find a share house with me. Ideally somewhere in Kingston, Taroona, Sandy Bay, South Hobart or CBD.
I'm looking to pay a maximum of $320 per week, not including bills.
I’m in my mid 40s, just moved back to Tassie from Melbourne. I’m an artist, mainly comics, and involved in small press publishing. I’ve just finished up as a full-time carer, and months and for the next little I’ll be at home working on a graphic novel, supporting myself with grant money and savings. I'll probably go back to TAFE (and possibly work part time) from mid 2026.
I've lived in share houses most of my adult life, so I know how to co-operate to keep things running smoothly, keep the place tidy, and get along with housemates. I'm not too fussed if it's a super friendly vibe or just base level polite and respectful (anything below that is obviously not great!).
