Hi, I’m looking for a place in a share house or others that one to find a share house with me. Ideally somewhere in Taroona, Sandy Bay, South Hobart, West Hobart, North Hobart, New Town or CBD.
I'm looking to pay a maximum of $300 per week, not including bills.
I’m in my mid 40s, just moved back to Tassie from Melbourne. I’m an artist, mainly comics, and involved in small press publishing. I’ve just finished up as a full-time carer, and for the next six months I’ll be at home working on a graphic novel, funded by an arts grant. Willing to pay a bit extra for bills, given I'll be home a lot. I'll probably go back to TAFE mid or late 2026. In any case my finances are sorted for the year
I've lived in share houses most of my adult life, so I know how to co-operate to keep things running smoothly, keep the place tidy, and get along with housemates. I'm not too fussed if it's a super friendly vibe or just amiable and respectful.
