1. Who I am

Hello, my name is Kotaro. I am looking for an apartment in or near Sydney. Ideally, we would like to move in between December 9th and 12th, 2025.

I am a self-employed HR and IT consultant from Japan. I worked in human resources for a listed company until October 2025, and I arrived in Australia in November on a working holiday visa. Having lived in Belgium as a child, I enjoy communicating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have a calm personality and value communication.

2. My Lifestyle

I'm very neat and tidy, and I always try to keep things organized. I especially clean up shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom immediately after using them to keep them spotless.

I usually wake up around 8:00 AM on weekdays. Since I work remotely, I often spend my time in my room or at a cafe. (Please let me know if having remote meetings in my room would be an issue.) I often go out in the evenings to explore the local area. I like quiet time at home, so I often watch movies or study languages.

My partner and I sometimes go out on weekends, but I'm not the type to throw noisy parties at home. My ideal relationship with my flatmates is one where we occasionally eat together and enjoy conversation.

I'm a non-smoker.

I don't have pets.

I don't often invite friends over.

I'm not very good at English yet, but I'll try my best to communicate proactively.
