Hey, my name is Hannah. I’m currently working and studying on the Gold Coast, so I’m looking for a place around Ashmore, Carrara, or Southport to keep everything convenient. I have a car and I’m happy with street parking if needed. My budget is around $250 per week.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I like a calm, tidy home, not a party house, but I’m still social and always down for a chat, coffee, or the occasional dinner together. I keep fairly busy, so I’m not home all the time.

Lifestyle wise, I enjoy staying active, getting out, and having a good balance between being productive and relaxing. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I’m looking for a place that feels comfortable and positive to come home to.
