Hi. I’m looking for a furnished room for about 6 months with a budget of circa $300 pw or $1,200-1,300 pm excluding bills. Preferred areas: CBD, Carlton, Fitzroy, Richmond, South Yarra, Windsor, Prahran and St Kilda or nearby areas to these.
I’ve spent quite sometime in house shares and I respect others space. I’m easy going, non-smoker, enjoy socialising, watching TV shows and going out for beers, but I also value personal space. I would prefer to live in a place where housemates are friends rather than just strangers under the same roof. I’m not looking for a party house but a place that feels like home. I’m very tidy and organised (always received my full bond back) and would like to keep the living space that way. I love both dogs and cats and would be happy to help take care of pets if needed.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors: cycling, hiking, walking, camping, travelling and going out for beers. I’m part of the LGBT+ community and it’s important to me that housemates are accepting of that.
I’m a chartered accountant and currently being interviewed for a couple of jobs.
