I am 22, my partner is 31. I am a teacher aide who enjoys crafts, going out, music and cooking and my partner is a part time chef who enjoys cooking, the gym and music. I am seeking a long-term stay and can commit to a 12-months or longer. I have a stable and ongoing income through the Disability Support Pension, providing consistent and reliable payments. I am a quiet, respectful tenant who maintains a clean and well-kept home. I am a reliable and considerate person who does not host parties, and am mindful of neighbours and the property. I am planning on enrolling at uni in semester 2 to study a Bachelor of Education which i will complete part time. As a first-time renter, I am motivated to establish a positive rental history and am happy to provide personal or professional references if required. I am also able to offer up to six months’ rent paid upfront, if this is helpful and am flexible with move-in dates. My parents are willing to offer support if needed and will guarantee rent.
