Hi! My name is Nicky.
I’m currently looking for a clean, comfortable, and female-only share house to call home. My current workplace is in the Nudgee area.

I have a permanent job and also work with two agencies, so my income is stable. Having lived in several share houses and dormitories, I’m very familiar with shared living etiquette and always make sure to keep communal areas clean and respectful.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A private room with a desk and chair
• A firm mattress (as I have a back issue)
• No live-in landlord is preferred, or I would prefer to live with a female landlord in her 20s–30s, just the two of us, if she is a respectable person.
• Budget: up to $250 per week (bills included)

I’m planning to stay long-term, though I’m initially looking for a place with a minimum stay of two months.
