I’ll be moving to Brisbane on 27 November 2025, and I’m currently looking for a clean, comfortable, and female-only share house to call home.

I have a permanent job and also work with two agencies, so my income is stable. Having lived in several share houses and dormitories, I’m very familiar with shared living etiquette and always make sure to keep communal areas clean and respectful.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A private room with a desk and chair
• A firm mattress (as I have a back issue)
• No live-in landlord, and a women-only house is preferred
• Budget: up to $250 per week (bills included)

I’m planning to stay long-term, though I’m initially looking for a place with a minimum stay of two months.
