My partner and I are currently looking for a place to rent in Sydney — ideally a 1-bedroom apartment, granny flat, or a 2-bedroom house/apartment.

We are a couple (30 & 31 years old), both working, and I am also studying. We are quiet, respectful, and not into parties — we’re really looking for a peaceful, private place to call home.

We would love a space that is well-ventilated, with good natural light and windows, and that offers a sense of privacy and calm.

We are open to both furnished and unfurnished places. If furnished, we would appreciate flexibility to remove any items we may not need.

We are also hoping to find a place where pets may be allowed in the future.
We’re looking for something in any suburb close to the city (also close to a train station), or within up to 40 minutes by train from Central Station

A little about us: I’m Brazilian and my partner is Australian, I'm 31 yo and he is 30yo. We're really easygoing and respectful.

We have references from our current landlord confirming our good rental history. We always pay rent on time, take good care of the property, and strictly follow all lease rules. Our current landlord can provide positive feedback regarding our responsibility, communication, and respect for the property, highlighting that we are reliable and trustworthy tenants.
