I'm a mature doctor in training, new to Hobart.
I was a carpenter in my 'first life' and have worked in agriculture a long time ago.
I do not smoke, value peace and quiet and my focus will be on working and studying, which typically requires access to wifi.
I might be visiting my partner, who lives interstate from time to time or my 2 adult sons in Melbourne while trying to find a property to purchase.
I'm on the social and love to talk with people.
However, my job is taxing and my studies will occupy me most of the rest of my time.
After work activities that involve a lot of noise or drinking are not my thing.
Occasionally, I will be working nightshift and might need to be able to sleep during daytime.
I will need a desk and I would also need to be able to park a car.
