Hi everyone!
I’m Nick, a 26-year-old UNSW Law graduate moving back to Perth in mid-January to start at the Supreme Court as a Judge's Associate. I have seven years of rental experience in Perth and Sydney and understand the importance of maintaining a calm, tidy and well-organised home. I have a busy work schedule but enjoy fitness, live music and a social glass of wine. I’m easy-going and respectful of my housemates' privacy.
I’m looking for a room in an existing share house or a studio in the Western or coastal suburbs (West Leederville, Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe, Fremantle and North Coogee). My budget is $325–$375 per week (but I am flexible for the right place). I am also flexible on furnishings, parking and internet.
