Hi, my name is Zara:) I’m 24F from Melbourne and have just finished my Bachelor of Science/honours at Melbourne uni. I’m moving to Canberra next year to start Medicine at ANU and so I’m looking for a place to move into by around Jan 20.

What I’m looking for:
- Room in a share house anywhere in the 20 min pt/ bike ride from ANU vicinity (Braddon, Turner, O’Connor, Lyneham, Downer, Dickson, etc).
- Max budget $300/week (ideally $250 or less though)
- Possibility to park my car within a short walk
- Move in around/before Jan 20
- Preferably living with at least 2 other people
- Flexible with how long I stay (at least 4 months)
- I understand a lot of movement happens around the end of the uni year and so I’m happy to start paying rent from an earlier date if it means I can join a really lovely house🥰.

About me:
- My hobbies include bushwalking🚶‍♀️🏕️, skiing⛷️, anything active⚽️🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️, speaking french🥖, reading📚, being social with mates🍻🍷and I’m a huge fan of going out to see bands/djs/doofs🎵

- I’m a very clean and organised person, super respectful of shared spaces and will always pay rent on time.

- I’m a very social person and I’d love to move into a house where the occasional house dinner🌮, movie and wine nights🍷, and general chats/conviviality around the house are the norm. Of course i’ll also be deep in the uni grind at times🤓 and like anyone I love some chill alone time.

About you:
- I’m looking to move into a wholesome, convivial house with other friendly/social post graduate students who are in a similar position of grinding studies/keeping calm📚during the week but also love a good silly time when study load permits:)
