Hey all,

I’m looking for a room/sublet for 3 months, with the possibility of staying longer (12+ months) if my plans to leave Melbourne in December change.

I’m a 28 year old male, working casually as a psychosocial disability support worker, although I generally work close to full-time hours. I’m also studying Law/Psychology at Monash and am currently taking a semester off.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful. Ideally looking for a fairly quiet home. I don’t drink or smoke, but I don’t mind if housemates do.

I’ve got plenty of experience living in share houses and renting, and can provide references if needed. I’m happy to have a chat or hang out with housemates, but also enjoy my own space and downtime.

Locations: Richmond, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda, Balaclava, Elwood (open to surrounding areas for the right place.)
Budget: Up to $300/week.
