Hello!

My name is Amelia

I am a qualified tradeswoman and work full time Monday-Friday, often with late night shift finishes. I don't often create noise once arriving home late at night, but a sharehouse with shift workers may be more ideal in case of general noise interruptions/those who are used to irregular sleep/wake schedules.

When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring the nearest national park, soaking up the sun, working on my art or airbrushing, curled up with a book or working on my car. I love cooking & baking, I'm always planning my next road trip escapade and am quite happy to share a home with individuals who both enjoy socialising and also prefer their own quiet time.

I have consistently held a job since I was 12, I am very passionate about my work, have previously rented and held a lease independently/managed a share house and I am currently renting (and have proof of/references on request). There isn't any form of responsibility I shy away from - I enjoy fixing odds and ends, I'm happy to pick up or clean up after others when this responsibility is reciprocated and ask for nothing more than a warm, clean and safe home environment.

I am looking for a sociable, friendly and inviting household with both shared and individual duties/housekeeping schedules, a high regard for other people's space and belongings and consideration of other housemate's differing work/life balances.

Overall, I am looking for a long term home/ space.
- I have a few furniture items, happy for these to be part of a shared space
- Happy to share cooking and cleaning items/appliances
- Bills/utilities do not have to be included in rent
- Preference is for a house rather than unit/apartment - backyard/greenery is ideal
- Happy with pets 😃 (though have none of my own)
- Large bedroom with ensuite or private bathroom is ideal
- Off street parking/parking space is a must, not just for a vehicle but also for storage space
(Ideally would like a property with garage or shed or additional room for hobbies/work room/storage space)
- Not a drinker or smoker but happy to rent with those who do partake
- No specific preference for housemate gender
