Hi! I’m Emil from Denmark and I’m looking for a long-term place with my mate Mads (also Danish, on a WHV).
We’re both working full-time weekdays — I work at a hotel in the Botany Bay area and Mads works as a tradie (Mon–Fri). We’ve been sharing a small room in Strathfield for the last two months and we’re ready to move closer to the city, ideally around Redfern.
We’re clean, respectful and easy to live with: we keep common areas tidy, are good with routines and paying rent on time, and we’re friendly without being party animals.
Budget is around $500 per week total for the room (depending on bills/setup). Keen to inspect ASAP and lock something in long-term.
