I am looking for am UNFURNISHED room for rent . Preferably longer term but flexible too .
I am late 20s single no pets non smoker , super quiet, respectful and pride myself on cleanliness .
I do have some mild autism so those who are understanding of those on spectrum or just easy going :)
I can be social but relatively introverted and would mostly be sticking to myself and in my own routine.
Just been a living enviornment I really appreciate space and down time .
I am not current working but studying and can provide excellent references and a fantastic rental ledger .
Am active like to hit up the gym .
I am not after drama drugs or loud noise .
Essentially looking for housemates who ard similar and friendly :)
Essentially looking for a place with s bit of storage space depending on what cns fit in wardrobe (no furniture) and would need room to run my own fridge as i buy alot and would rather not be sharing a fridge . Happy to hook up in the house garage or where ever !
I also dont want to be made to feel anxious or like I am walking on egg shells im my home and value open communication .
I would rather a chat or messege etc .
