Hi, my name is Ryan.

- 26 Jan 2026 onwards (Earlier move in dates are negotiable)

* Who am I?
- I am from NZ, and have recently moved to Sydney, Australia permanently.
- I was born and raised in China, but I have spent all my late 20s and 30s down under, so I have learnt to appreciate both Asian and NZ/AU cultures and life styles.
- I am tidy, clean and responsible.
- I enjoy keeping my room/house clean and tidy, and I enjoy sharing chores with flatmates.
- When I have to cook at home, I cook only light meals for some savings, and do so responsibly avoiding any smoke or strong smell.
- I am an introvert but sociable, meaning I value my inner peace and peaceful surroundings most and I still enjoy small talks, sharing meals, movie nights, hikes together making new quality relationships at the same time.

* What do I do?
I work in tech industry, while studying a Master's degree at UNSW in 2026/27.

* Who am I not?
- I myself don't smoke or drink alcohol at all. While I respect social drinking or smoking (outdoors) some people might enjoy, I don't like my flatmates to smoke or get drunk inside the house (I would rather move out than try to tolerate that).
- I won't be comfortable living with people who don't share responsibilities for keeping the common areas e.g. bathrooms, kitchen, or lounge clean and safe for each other.
- I don't like loud parties.
- I don't like listening to prolonged loud music, phone calls or online games late night, or constant low frequency noise like road traffic or construction sites.
