A single room with a double bed. A desk would be amazing as I sometimes work from home.
I have a car, so street parking is totally fine.
Pet-friendly and quiet place preferred no kids, no parties. Shared bathroom is ok.
Ideally, I’d love a place within a 15–20 minute (max) from my job in Carrara.
