Hi there,
I’m a young professional looking for a place to call home. I work full-time Monday to Friday and is usually out during the day, and often head to the gym after work, so I won’t be home much during the week.

I’m quiet, respectful and keep to myself. I don’t smoke, drink or party, and I really value a peaceful environment as I sleep early. I’m also reliable with rent and bills and always pay on time.

I’m hoping to find a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place in my preferred area, but I’m open to nearby suburbs as long as they’re not too far. I prefer sharing with 2 people max, no more than that due to wanting space. Ideally, I’d love somewhere clean, private, and well-maintained where we can settle in long-term.
