My name is Nida, and I’m currently looking for a room in Brisbane.

I’m a student and I also run my own online resale business from home. My work is quiet and mostly involves photographing, listing, and packing clothing, so it doesn’t create noise or disturb anyone.

I’m calm, respectful, clean, and very mindful of shared living spaces. I really value a peaceful home, open communication, and keeping common areas tidy.

I’ve lived in share houses before, so I’m used to respecting other people’s privacy and personal space. I enjoy a quiet lifestyle, like having my own routine, and I’m easy to get along with.

What I’m looking for:

* Ensuite preferred (but I’m happy to share a bathroom in a low-occupancy house)
* A clean, tidy, and peaceful home
* Respectful and friendly housemates
* Long-term or medium-term stay

* I always pay my rent and bills on time.
* I enjoy keeping my space clean and organised.
* I work from home quietly and have a stable daily routine.
