Hi, I'm Lynda, a soon-to-be postgrad student at UQ starting in 2026.

ABOUT ME
I am moving from the United States with my two indoor black cats, and am excited to find a place to land.

I'm a writer, so I tend to be quiet, but like to chat with folks and get to know new people.

I don't drink or smoke, and like to have friends over once in a while, but will be focusing on my studies most of the time.

I like to explore nature, go to museums, read, and watch movies while snuggling with my cats.

I have a partner who lives in town, and will see them a few days a week, splitting between my place and theirs.

I have excellent communication skills, am very responsible with money and space, like to keep things clean and tidy, and enjoy making friends, while also respecting the privacy of others' lives.

TIMING
I will arrive in Brisbane on January 21, and my cats will arrive on the 28th. If you need someone to arrive earlier, and it's a good fit, it may be possible for me to pay for the month of January. Let's chat about what's possible!
