Looking for our own place but also open to a share house – January move-in

We’re a couple moving over from NZ in early January. Ideally we’d love our own apartment or house, and we have a good budget to work with — so if someone’s subletting their full place or needs a lease taken over, we’re keen.

We’re also very open to a share house. We both WFH, we’re tidy, respectful, social, and always down for a Love Island watch party, beach days, hot girl walks, or grabbing dinner out and a cheeky Bev. If we join a flat, we’d love to actually be friends with our flatties and be close in age! the kind of setup where everyone gets along, hangs out, and still is respectful of each other and has their own space when needed.

Flexible on location and open to a mix of options. Happy to chat with anyone who has something available.
