Looking for our own place but also open to a share house – January move-in

We’re a couple moving over from NZ in early January. Ideally we’d love our own apartment or house, and we have a good budget to work with — so if someone’s subletting their full place or needs a lease taken over, we’re keen.

We’re also very open to a share house. We both WFH, we’re tidy, respectful, social, and always down for a Love Island watch party, beach days, hot girl walks, or grabbing dinner out. If we join a flat, we’d love to actually be friends with our flatties — the kind of setup where everyone gets along, hangs out, and still is respectful of each other and has their own space when needed.

Flexible on location and open to a mix of options. Happy to chat with anyone who has something available.

Ideally move in start of jan- end mid April
