Hi, I’m Adam.
I’m a full-time finance professional working in the Sydney CBD, and I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, or one-bedroom place closer to the city. I prefer having my own private space where I can relax after work.
I’m clean, respectful and easy-going. I don’t host parties at home, but I may have an occasional guest over always quietly and within reasonable hours. I take good care of where I live and keep things tidy.
I’m after a place that’s well-kept, in a safe area, and ideally includes parking.
Outside of work, I’m into fitness, travel, study and exploring new cafés. I work standard business hours and usually spend most of the day out, so I’m a low-maintenance tenant.
