I’m a 22-year old business student from Finland, coming to Brisbane for an exchange semester in University of Queensland from Feb-June 2026!

I’m an active (and quite outgoing for a Finn) girl who loves running, trying out new sports and painting (I have a hobby of hand-painting birthday cards for loved ones)! I’ve loved parrots since I was a little, so going birdwatching in Australia would be a dream of this nordic girl! I’ve done competitive cheerleading for 10 years and plan on visiting a cheer gym in Queensland to maintain my skills and see how it’s done in down-under! :)

I’m looking for a place to stay during my exchange, which is approximated to last from early February to late June in 2026. I want to explore and experience as much as possible during my exchange, so I’m not too demanding on the room but except for a bed and air conditioning to get a good nights rest when I’m around :)
As a roommate I’m very tidy and clean, I’m calm in nature and enjoy my peaceful quiet time as well, so won’t be any trouble. I feel most comfortable in a clean space, so I will not skip doing the dishes or cleaning!
