Puri, Marcelo, Max, Sam and Mylene

Hi, my name is Puri :) my friends and I are a group of 4 responsible tenants. We’re looking to rent a whole property, could be an entire apartment/house. We are currently living, studying and working in Melbourne. Our group includes:
• Marcelo – [works part-time/student], stable income, clean and respectful.
• Max – [an architect] stable income , reliable, tidy, and easy-going.
• Sam – [works full time] stable income, friendly, organised, and responsible.
• Me, Puri – [works full time] stable income, respectful and friendly

A bit about us:
• We’re all non-smokers / social drinkers
• We’re clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces
• We have stable income and can provide references, payslips, and IDs
• We’re looking to move in around early January or February and are hoping for a 6-12 month lease
• No pets
