Hi! We saw your listing for the room for rent and it caught our attention. We are Daria and Simone, a 25-year-old couple from Italy. We’re tidy, respectful, super clean and easy-going — and we love cooking and living a healthy lifestyle, so flatmates usually enjoy having us around! 😄

We noticed that the room is furnished, private, and in a shared house, which is exactly what we are looking for. The weekly rent of $350 works for us, and even though the listing mentions a minimum stay of 3 months, we were wondering if you might consider a slightly shorter period. We would be interested in staying for about 2 to 2 and a half months, if that could be acceptable for you.

We came to Australia to improve our English and look for full-time work, so we’re looking for a comfortable place with a good vibe where we can settle and feel at home. We will arrive on the Gold Coast on the 6th of December and would love to arrange a viewing if the room is still available.
