Samuel and Micol

Hi! We’re Samuel and Micol — a French/Italian couple in our mid-30s moving to Sydney after over 2 years in Western Australia. We both have full time jobs, I work as an iOS developer and Micol works in communication. We are looking for a place to stay long term, as we are in the process of getting Permanent Residency. We’re both friendly, respectful, and easy-going, and we’re looking for a calm, clean home near the beach (Bondi / Bronte / Coogee / Manly / anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs). Parking spot or easy street parking would be great as we have a car.

We’re tidy, organised, and very mindful of shared spaces. We enjoy coastal walks, travel, film & music, and the occasional glass of wine — but we’re not party people and like a peaceful home environment.

We’re social and happy to chat, but we also respect everyone’s space and privacy.

Budget: around $500-650 per week
Move-in: early January
Stay: ideally long-term, open to medium term
Lifestyle: non-smokers, no pets, full-time workers, reliable with rent & bills
