Looking for share house or share room(share room is only when its Inside of CBD)

Im korean girl moved sydney for a working holiday and currently working as sales assistant.

Actively looking for a place to stay.

I have specific condition- Location must be easy to commute- within 25mins to sydney CBD including!! walking time and everything!!

My prefered area is redfern, heymarket, surry hills, pyrmont, zetland, waterloo, and near suburbs.

Preferred move-in period is after Feb 2nd. And open to short term(couple months) with possibility of exend.

In terms of lifestyle, Im very calm, considerate, and tidy. After work, I value relaxing at home and having a peaceful environment. Im very respectful of shared spaces and routines.
