Looking for our own place but also open for share house- January move-in
We’re a Korean couple currently based in Seoul, moving sydney for a working holiday and language study, and we’re actively looking for a place to stay.
Ideally, we’re hoping to find our own apartment or studio, but we’re also very open to a share house with the right people. If someone is subletting their entire place or looking for a short-term tenant, we’d love to chat.
Our preferred move-in period is between January 1st to March 1st for approximately two months. The dates are mostly fixed, but we’re happy to discuss minor flexibility if needed.
In terms of lifestyle, we’re both calm, considerate, and tidy. After work or school, we value relaxing at home and having a peaceful environment. We’re very respectful of shared spaces and routines.
That said, if we’re living with flatties, we’re also social and easygoing — happy to grab dinner out, have casual chats, or occasionally hang out together while still respecting everyone’s personal space.
We’re responsible, reliable, and will treat the place as if it were our own.
Flexible on location within Sydney and open to different setups.
