I’m after a long-term (6+ months) unfurnished room in Melbourne’s inner suburbs, up to $280/week excluding bills. I’m ready to move in immediately and have bond + rent ready.

I'm looking to join a balanced & relaxed household with others in their 20's, ideally located in East Melbourne. I value open communication, cleanliness, independence and a calm, considerate household.

About me:
I study Education Support two days a week and work in a surf clothing shop with consistent weekly hours (plus a store discount ;)). Outside of work and study, I focus on downtime and self-care, you'll often find me working on creative projects, listening to music, or reading. I’m very organized and comfortable with any cleaning routines, as I like treating my home as a peaceful space.
I’ve previously rented with a full-time housemate, and we maintained a respectful, easy-going, and tidy home. I’m fully prepared to move in as soon as possible and have all the furnishings I need for a room, including a bed and some plants.
